Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a simple yet very effective tool for getting out of your own way in a very quick way.

The process addresses an issue of stress you are carrying. While speaking the issue, I tap specific points on the head, upper torso and hands, relieving stress. The points being tapped correlate with acupressure/acupuncture points that, when stimulated, allow your body’s current to flow, thereby, unblocking the stress and effecting healing in your emotional and physical bodies.

The process may be repeated depending on the level of residual stress. Many issues are relieved in one or two sessions.

Deep issues may take longer as the root of stress is discovered and named. Sometimes what you think is the issue is actually a masking of the core issue.

Although I help you to uncover your core stress and tap it away, this technique is so simple that most everyone can do it.
